Daphne started meditation as a little girl while living in Bangkok, Thailand. It started with “just sit still for 5 minutes” and then you can go play. Today, Daphne meditates almost daily, studies with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Jon Kabat-Zin, share mindfulness and resilience, and started the 8 week Unwind Your Mind stress reduction training for the Federal employees in 2015. “Stop reacting and start responding” . In 2016, in collaboration with the INL, Daphne co-founded I aM Present Aware and Connected training to help employees be safer and lessen their stress.
