Trish is a Planning and Financial Controls Specialist at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) with a BS in Business Administration. She has been working in this field at the lab for 25 years. She has also been practicing meditation for over 20 years. Three years ago, a personal experience prompted her to learn about how mindfulness can be applied in the workplace. Her purpose is to help people be more present, aware, and connected. Her mission is to reduce and prevent injuries, reduce stress, and increase productivity resulting in a happier, healthier more mindful workforce.
